Shipping & Returns

We promise that your order will be shipped within 4 days after cleared payment. Delivery time depends on your location...
Some products (especially DVD boxsets) may be shipped directly from our suppliers from overseas, therefore these products could reach your destination in up to 21 days. Please have this in mind when ordering...
We reserve the right for delivering the product to you in up to 28 days.
We accept returns for replacement or refund within 7 days of the date you received your order.
All sealed items MUST BE returned in the same condition.
Refund will be given in the same way the customer originally paid. Refunds will be issued within one week of receiving an authorized return.
All inquiries to refund a product the customer is just not happy with,(because the customer did not read (or did not understand) the description of the product or category, or the customer did not read Shipping and Returns Policy), WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Please also note, that all custom made products (T-shirts, hoodies, handbags, mousepads, jackets, wall clocks, ladies watch...) can take up to 28 days to be delivered to your destination...
